Here's a recipe for a fresh tuna and avocado salad:

Ingredients:

2 cans (about 200 g each) of canned tuna in its own juice or olive oil
2 ripe avocados, diced
1 large cucumber, cut into rings or half rings
1/2 red onion, sliced into thin half rings
1/2 red sweet pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley or coriander
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: chili or red pepper for piquancy

Instructions:

Prepare the tuna: Open the tuna cans, drain the excess liquid. Tear the tuna into pieces in a large bowl.

Prepare the vegetables: Add chopped avocado, cucumber, onion, sweet pepper and parsley to the tuna.

Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime or lemon juice, salt, pepper and, if desired, finely chopped chili or red pepper.

Season the salad: Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix gently so that the ingredients are evenly soaked.

Serve: Arrange the salad on plates or a large platter. Serve immediately to keep it fresh.
